Changing Symbology of Relation in Database Diagram

Post by higy13 » Thu 16 Apr 2015 18:11

We are creating a complex database diagram, and want to add a relation between two tables. However, we don't want the changes to propagate to our database. At the same time, we want the "symbology" of the relation on the diagram to be identical to other joins.

First off, is this possible? Can we create a new relation and prevent DBForge from propagating these changes to SQL Server?

There is a virtual relation option, however, this creates a dashed line. A simple solution would be if we could change the symbology of this line - however I am to believe this isn't currently possible.

Unfortunately, there is no such a possibility in dbForge. However, you can add a suggestion on our UserVoice forum where other users can vote for it http://devart.uservoice.com/forums/2251 ... rt-general
