Hello,
I am using MS SSMS v. 11.0.5058. Since upgrading SSMS to a service pack (SP2 I think), I lost color coding of table names (also views, etc.) in the editor. I then today upgraded SQL Complete to the latest version, but it still has no color coding. I see the color coding is setup correctly under Tools->Options->Environment->Fonts and Colors, but SQL Complete seems to override the color settings. Keywords, strings and system functions are still color coded.
Is there a way to get table/view color coding back?
Lost color coding of table names in query editor
Re: Lost color coding of table names in query editor
This is not governed by dbForge SQL Complete, but SSMS itself. So, dbForge SQL Complete shouldn't have caused this issue.
Re: Lost color coding of table names in query editor
Thanks for the reply. I googled more it appears that the type of table names is "Identifier" in the list of Display items in the Fonts and Colors dialog. This had apparently been reset to black by a patch. Thanks for getting me on the right path to fix it.
