dbForge Studio 4.0.52 - Find / Replace can't select Look in

I just upgraded dbForge and when I try to do a Find in the current document, the Find dialog does not let me set the "Look in" field. It is just blank, and the Find Next button is disabled.

This does not seem to be a persistent problem and I can't recreate it at the moment.
