Problem reading SQL Complete suggestions

Hi,
I just upgraded to v4.7, and now I am having a lot of trouble reading the suggestions.
This is what I see when the suggestions appear:
As you can see, the highlighted entry is somewhat readable, but everything else appears in white text. This may have something to do with my custom theme for SSMS highlighting, but I can't find anywhere to change the color settings for SQL Complete, and it definitely isn't pulling all the custom colors I've set (e.g. it isn't using my SSMS background color in the popup).
What can I do to get this back to normal again (without changing my custom coloring)?
