I am currently evaluating the software for two days. It is really amazing, I love it. But unfortunately there is a problem. I noticed that my projects are changing after synchronizing. I mean, some of the checked tables in the mapping becomes unchecked and modified star appears near the project name. I need to close project and reload it to sync properly another time. If I don't do that each time, compared tables are getting lesser and most of the tables are not synchronized.

I checked all the settings but cannot find anything related to keep projects unmodified. Please advice.

I have 2012 Std R2 both sides and SQL server 2014 in my host, 2005 Express in target.

Could you please describe the issue in more detail providing the *.dcomp data comparison document? Screenshots will be also of help.

Please also specify the version of the SQL Server and dbForge.

Also, please check if the issue persists in the latest build of dbForge Studio for SQL Server, v3.8 Beta that fully includes the Data Compare feature http://www.devart.com/dbforge/sql/studio/download.html
