We have multiple SQL Azure databases on the same server. When I first start a query on DatabaseA intellisense is working nicely but when creating a new query on DatabaseB the intellisense will only give a suggestion for DatabaseA. I used to do a ctrl+shift+r but that stopt working a couple of versions ago (and doesn't seem to do anything anymore). The only way to have intellisense back is opening a new SQL server management studio. Any suggestions?
P.s. I've updated today to 4.5.188.1 but no luck...

Could you please let us know in what way you are changing a database? Screenshots will be also of help.

I'm not changing the database...
Steps to reproduce:
- Open SQL Server Management Studio
- Right click an azure cloud database (for example 'DatabaseA') and select new query
- See that intellisense is working: SELECT * FROM ...
- Right click another azure cloud database (for example: 'DatabaseB') on the same server and select new query
- Intellisense stopped working; typing 'SELECT * FROM ' (Ctrl+Space) doesn't give me any suggestions other then DatabaseA.
I hope this is enough information because I don't see an option to upload images.
