Hi,
i am having a problem recently, when i start my SSMS(sql server management studio) i have an error, with dbForge sqlcomplete. When i am opening SSMS a warning box comes out:
"Application has encountered a fatal error and will be terminated, because startup data is corrupted.
To fix this problem, please reinstall the program.
If it doesn't help, contact Devart (www.devart.com)."

I'm pressing ok, after that i have another error:

" The Add-in 'dbForge SQL Complete 4.0' failed to load or caused an exception.
Would you like to remove this Add-in?
If you chooses yea, you will need to reinstall the Add-in to use it again.
Error Message: <Unknown Error>
Error number: 80131600"

And finaly, every time i open new query i have this message:
"Could not load assembly 'presentationFramework, Verion=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependecies. The system cannot find tthe file specified"

Using SSMS 2008.
OS win 7.
Any suggestions?

Please manually uninstall the dbForge SQL Complete, v4.0.
Download and install the latest version of SQL Complete (4.5.171) that we have released just now.
Please reply whether you have any problems with the latest version of SQL Complete.

No, still not working, the same error. However, i noticed one thing. When i uninstalled sqlcomplete and i launched ssms, there was still that blank/inactive 'sql complete' tab on top menu.
After that i uninstalled sqlcomplete on different computer, where everything worked fined, just to see if that tab exists, but dbForge sqlcomplete uninstallation deleted many sqlserver files, include the ssms.
Probably re-installation of ssms would be fine.

It appears that the 'presentationFramework, Verion=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=31bf3856ad364e35' assembly is missing for some reason.

Could you please let us know what version of .NET Framework you have installed in the system?

Please note that dbForge SQL Complete doesn't delete any files of SQL Server or SSMS. Nevertheless, if you still think they were deleted when uninstalling dbForge SQL Complete, please provide us the names of the files along with full paths.

Additionally, please try to perform the following:

1. Close Management Studio and Visual Studio.

2. Uninstall dbForge SQL Complete selecting the 'Registry options' and 'Configuration files' options only on the 'Uninstall options' page of the Uninstall wizard.

3. Remove the installation folder of dbForge SQL Complete that is by default as follows:

%programfiles%\Devart\dbForge SQL Complete

4. Remove the following file (if applicable):

%SystemDrive%\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Devart\dbForge SQL Complete Beta\uicache.dat

5. Download and install dbForge SQL Complete, v4.5.171 beta once again http://www.devart.com/dbforge/sql/sqlco ... nload.html
