Impossible to import a snapshot

When trying to open a snapshot we just get the error message
The file "c:\temp\coreDB.snap cannot be opened and will be removed from the list

We use newest version 3.0.217
OS is Windows server 2008R2 standard

Have both tried from local computer by creating a snapshow, and from a remote computer.
It would be really nice with a better error message as to why this cannot be opened.

Any debugging possibilities? or I can send the snapshot to support

We are aware of such issue. We will add the functionality that will help us to identify the cause of the problem in the next build of the product and will notify you once it's available for downloading.
