Unable to update to 4.0.54

Hi. I recently tried to update and was given an error message saying that my credentials were incorrect. I noticed elsewhere in the forum that another user had the same problem and support staff emailed separate credentials. I would like to update as well.
I have generated a support ticket as well but unfortunately I lost the email with my developer id so was unable to include it there. I can access the member area as well but it doesn't show 4.0.54 listed there..
Any help would be appreciated..
