Cannot update SQL complete 3.5.83 to 4.0.54

Hi,

Sql Complete tells me there is a new version to download, but, I get the following error when I try:

"Product update failed: There is no access to the site or invalid login or password"

I can login to the registered users area using my credentials, but it only allows me to download version 3.5.83.

I bought the product in May 2012.

Help!

I am having the same problem. It worked once when I went to 0.53 but is now failing. Web site d/l link does not reflect latest version. I bought in Sept 12. I wrote support via web site and haven't heard back.

I too am getting the same error and can only download the 3.5.83 version from the registered users area.
Hoping to hear back from here or via the support page where I submitted a request.

Have same problem, can you hel me?
In registred users are i can download only 3.5.83 version.
