Every single column and table name is being auto completed into lowercase instead of keeping it's case. This doesn't happen with my installation at home, only on my work computer. Pretty sure my work computer has a more recent installation.

I am having the same issue since I upgraded yesterday to version 4.0.53

Me too. It didn't do this in previous versions. Unfortunately this is making SQL Complete unusable as we have case sensitive instances of SQL Server.

Now fixed in 4.0.54, just follow Alexa's instructions.
