Ignore order of foreign keys in Schema Compare

Is there a way to ignore the ordering of foreign keys during a db-comparison?
Please note that the ordering of foreign keys is not taken into account during comparison. There might be some differences in the columns the foreign key is based on.
If that's still not the problem, could you please send us the definitions of the compared objects to supportATdevartDOTcom for further investigation?
