Constant Freezing

Hi, I am having issues with SSMS constantly freezing up when I have SQL Complete installed.

It freezes whenever it would input a column or table name.

For example, for the query "SELECT * FROM policy where status = 1" it would freeze after typing the "P" in policy and after the "=" sign.

I have uninstalled, redownloaded and reinstalled SQL complete, as well as deleted the files in program files after uninstalling.

I have tried inputting a ticket about this, but for some reason, my responses keep getting cut off in the email I am sending. So here is some info about the ticket :

I upgraded from the previous version, Im sorry I do not have the
previous version # available. I did do an uninstall and then a fresh
reinstall and still got the same error, however.

just something simple, SELECT * FROM policy WHERE policyID =______. It froze right before 'policy' and 'policyid'

I had just opened a fresh instance on SSMS and opened a new query window

There is no bar, everything has loaded

I don't know if i have any service packs, I really doubt it though.

I also have SSMS Tools Pack (ssmstoolspack.com) installed, but I
have not used it lately.

We were not able to reproduce the issue. However, we will continue investigating it.

this is bizarre....

I haven't done anything different since my last post, except that I have had SQL complete disabled for a few days and I have restarted my computer.
I tried turning SQL complete on just now (I couldn't remember a column name in a large view w/ over 100 columns), and its working just fine now...I have no explanation as to WHY its working, I can just say that I am glad as hell that it is. It really sucks working without it.
