Set default column values when inserting new row in grid

Post by atolmeijer » Mon 29 Jul 2013 19:25

In grid view mode, when you edit a table and want to add a new record, NULL values are assigned to columns even when they are NOT NULL and have a default value. Would it be possible to set the default values in these columns instead?

We have reproduced it and included the fix in one of the next build of dbForge Studio for SQL Server. We will notify you as soon as the next build is available for download.
