SQL Complete - intellisense vanishes on fist use

We're seeing this strange behavior for our whole development team. I'm hoping it's just a configuration problem in how we have things setup.

Workstation Setup:
Windows 8 x64
SSMS 2012
SQL Complete Standard

Problem:
The first time intellisense is used in an SSMS tab it will display very briefly and then vanish. From that point on intellisense will behave normally within that tab.

This happens 100% of the time on all workstations here. It only does the vanishing act that first time you use intellisense in a tab, but it's annoying when you want to open a new query tab and quickly select some data, for example.

Is this a known problem? Is there anything we can do to change this behavior?

If the issue still persists in the latest build, could you please record a video demonstrating this and provide it to us?

Please also send us the system information generated by clicking the 'Send Info' button in the 'System Info Report Contents' window invoked by selecting 'SQL Complete -> About...' from the main menu of Management Studio and then clicking the 'View System Info' button?
