Use Tab key in the Find and Replace dialog should select the Replace With text

Most tools that I use automatically select the text in the Replace With field when the tab key is pressed to move from the Find field. dbForge does not select the text. However, it does select the text in the Find field when Shift+Tab is entered from the Replace With field to move the active control backwards.
