Link Source Control Error: object '<name>' not exist

Post by ifish » Thu 10 Sep 2015 14:05

Hi guys. I'm trying the new feature 'Source Control' in dbForge for SQL Server 5.0 Beta.
But I issued some problems. After link the database to source control, error was thrown by dbforge studio:

'<DATABASE_NAME>' does not exist. Source Control :....

I think this issue due to the database name contains special characters, and '.' in this case.
If the database name was a regular string without special chars, no problems issued.

The Final Release of dbForge Studio for SQL Server, v5.1, where this issue is fixed, is available for downloading https://www.devart.com/dbforge/sql/studio/download.html

Thank you for your help in improving dbForge Studio for SQL Server.
