Cannot upgrade Schema Compare or Data Compare for SQL Server

I purchased the Schema Compare and Data Compare for SQL Server bundle yesterday. The download links that I was provided with were very out of date. I downloaded and installed these. On trying to update to the most recent version I get the error "Product update failed: there is no access to the site or invalid login or password.
