'Unknown field' error after adding new fields to model in edml

I am using Devart's EntityDeveloper for accessing a Salesforce instance. After updating my model via .edml and adding some system fields like CreatedDate etc. I can see those fields in the model, but I get an 'unknown field' error if I want to fetch some data by using the generated .dll. Reading other fields still works fine.

Any idea what´s wrong?
