Where does entity Developer look for Entity Framework?

Hi
I have just built a new machine for development work and installed VS2017RC. I know that at present you don't yet support VS2017 however the main Entity developer programme does still work, however it's been a while since I have used it outside of visual studio and was wondering where it looks for the entity framework dll's .
Normally I would simply add EF to a visual project via Nuget prior to running the Entity Developer addin but as that option isn't currently available I shall use the main programme instead. How to I add EF6.13 to Entity Developer?
