Please specify:
1) the version (x.x.x) and edition of your Entity Developer. You can check this via the Tools > Entity Developer > About menu of Visual Studio
2) the edition of your Visual Studio 2013
3) have you checked the "Visual Studio integration" option in the Entity Developer installation wizard?

Visual Studio: Community 2013 Version 12.0.31101.00 Upd. 4
Yes, I checked the integration checkbox in the wizard

We cannot reproduce the issue at the moment. Please tell us:
1) the Tools > Entity Developer menu in VS2013 is available after installing Entity Developer, isn't it?
2) the edition of your Entity Developer
3) the type (ConsoleApp, WebApp, etc) of your project
4) right click your project > Add > New Item > Data. Are there the "Devart *** Model" templates?

Sorry, it was my error. I tried to create a new project. In that scenario, the web type of project shows ED as a template option. Not so other project types.it
But when I try to add a new item for an existing solution, the "devart linq project" is there.

Anyway, my answers
1) Of course, it is.
2) Pro
3) Desktop. By now, I am designing the database (*)

(*) I purchased Linq Connect some years ago, with a specific project in sight, but only now I have the time to put hands on.

Thank you, with my best regards.
