For example the Generate Database Wizard produces after the Model Synchronization Settings the following error:
Unable to cast object of type 'EntityDeveloper.NHibernate.HibernateComplexType' to type 'EntityDeveloper.Class'

Same for the Update Model and Update Database wizards.

Please give us the following information:
1) send us a test model for reproducing and specify the exact steps we should follow
2) the version (x.x.x) of your Entity Developer
3) the provider name (e.g.: System.Data.SqlClient) you are using
