Problem with version 4.1.77.0

Recently i cannot open any of the models with entity developer.

Maybe the problem is i installed new version, then uninstalled and installed old version again.

This issue may be caused by an installation error. Please try performing the following:
- uninstall Entity Developer;
- clear the Program Files\Devart and Program Files\Common Files\Devart folders;
- remove all Devart.* and policy.*.Devart.* files from the GAC;
- re-install Entity Developer.

I use entity developper bundled with linq connect 3.0.16

After uninstalling linq connect there are non of the assemblies you mentioned in assembly cache. I removed remaining assemblies from installation folder. Reinstalling does not change anything. The exception still manifests.

Most likely, some assemblies still have not been removed. Please make sure that all Devart.* and policy.*.Devart.* files have been removed from the GAC after uninstalling LinqConnect.
Also, make sure that these folders have been cleared:
- Program Files\Devart\dotConnect and Program Files\Devart\EntityDeveloper;
- Program Files\Common Files\Devart\dotConnect and Program Files\Common Files\Devart\EntityDeveloper;

Then try re-installing LinqConnect again.
If the error still persists after these steps, please specify the following:
- whether you are trying to install any other edition of Entity Developer (not bundled with LinqConnect);
- the version and edition of Visual Studio you are using (in case, you are not using the standalone Entity Developer).

I did a complete disk search, wiped out every single file which had string 'devart' in its name and finnaly it started working.
