feature/bug: documentation for navigation properties

It appears there is no way to add documentation for the relationship endpoint properties?
Conversely, it is possible to add documentation to the relation itself - but no documentation is emitted for navigation properties by the standard NH template.

Didn't make it into this release, it seems - is this planned for the next release?
(I've got lots of documentation in the model I'm porting to ED, and currently I have nowhere to put it...)

Come to think of it, how come an Association has a Documentation property?
I don't think this is being output anywhere?
