I have made a couple of tests using the latest 3.20.113 build of Entity Developer (both standalone and VS integration mode). Changes made in Association Editor were saved, if I pressed the OK button.
If the problem is reproducible, please provide more detailed steps to reproduce the problem.

I have double clicked association and open "association editor".
by pressing tab key i focused "access" combo box, and changed it from "public" to "internal". I have used the "down" key not mouse,
and, i click "ok" button with mouse,
then i reopen the window, and my changes have not been saved.
my entity developer version is 3.20.104
if I use mouse to change property, it saves
