Entity developer Ver 2.80.116 isn't signed

When I launch Entity Developer Version 2.80.116 from the start bar, I get a User Account Control dialog stating the application is from an "Unkown Publisher." Could this be related to the other issue I'm having in VS2010 where the designer won't run in the IDE?

Please advise
