Error opening a database from entity developer

Hi
When I try to open my oracle databe after to choose Entity framework in the wizard the folowing exception is raised:

It seems like your machine.config file is damaged. Probably, you have installed/uninstalled other ADO.NET-providers recently. Some installations can work incorrectly making damage to machine.config. Our installations don't have such problems. If you have any difficulties correcting your machine.config yourself, please send it to our support address (support at devart*com).
