bug: schema descriptions not escaped

There's a bug in the new feature that generates descriptions as extended properties in SQL Server - the single quote character (') is not properly escaped when used in descriptions.

The bug with escaping single quote character when setting comments for database objects is fixed. We will post here when the corresponding build of Entity Developer is available for download.
