ed.exe as redistributable

Is it possible to get the ed.exe console application in some sort of redistributable format? Maybe like a single file .exe, like the .net 5 style where it will include all dependancies and configs? I would like to checkin my .lqml files to source control, but not any of the autogenerated Designer.cs files and then have my CI build pipeline run ed.exe during the build process. Currently that would require installing Linq To Sql on all the build machines, which is undesirable.
