OFF TOPIC POST (SORRY, I COULD NOT FIND ANOTHER WAY)

First off, Forum readers, if your not an employee of DevArt, you can move on, this post is NOT for you, I apologize in advance for using the forum this way, but I had NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT DEVART...

Moderators.. You can delete this post, I don't care, but if you could please pass it on to devart so they can contact me via email that would be great. I literally had no other way to contact them as you can see from below. Registering for the forum works great!! so good work forum admins!! Your Rock.. but apparently your website guys need some assistance.

Hey Devart... I have to be the one to tell you ... YOUR WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK!!!! WOW......
Registered, tried to login but had no password... reset password, was told was successful, tried to login, error, reset password (shorter), was told was successful, tried to login, error....reset password (shorter and less complex)... was told successful, tried to login, error... tried to submit trouble ticket via support site, it asked for login,.. tried to login and IT WORKED!... noticed the URL said old.devart.com... Well. It seems that your OLD website works anyhow, and your NEW one does not. Trying to submit this text using the url: https://old.devart.com/company/contactform.html but it says my NAME is required, but I cannot edit the name field...I assume this is because my PROFILE is not complete yet, but I cannot LOGIN so that I can fill it out.
yep.. cannot submit it.. NAME is REQUIRED, but I cannot edit it... Your website needs some MAJOR TLC....I was hoping to BUY your product.. maybe the programming gods are trying to send me a message...

I had no issue with LinqConnect itself. My issue was the with the website while I tried to buy it. :)
