CreateDatabase does not work

Hey
I use Version 4.4.7450.0
(LinQ to Ms-SQL Server)
I have a complex DataLayout with over 100 tables
I try to run the CreateDatabase Procedure from within my DataContext
Within the second execution of the create table Statement, I get an error, that a Foreign key can't be created, because of a missing table.
I looked with dbMonitor, what the create Statement is trying to do.
And I can see, that the Foreign Key will be executed at table creation. - This can't work anyhow.
First all database objects have to be created, before Relations can be added.
Please help - THX
