How to get a LinqConnect 4.x?

In mid-February this year. That is, 3.5 months ago we purchased "LinqConnect Professional" and "dotConnect Universal Professional".

In the news they write about the new version "LinqConnect Professional" 4.x
However, in the download section (here - http://secure.devart.com/) is visible only LinqConnect version 3.2.82 (26-Apr-2012).

Why can not I download the new version?
