Thank you for the additional information to check when validating the fix.
The bug with incomplete SQL generation by update-database -script in Entity Framework 6.4.4 is fixed
The current public build v9.14.1369 doesn't include this fix. We will notify you in the thread viewtopic.php?f=30&t=47840 when the corresponding public build is available for download.
