'ORA-01722: invalid number' on value conversion property

The bug posted in an
earlier post (ORA-01722: invalid number) still persists in version 9.6.675 of Devart.Data.Oracle.EFCore.
Here is a sample project reproducing the issue.
The string 'Mule' is not a number.

The bug with using value converters in the Code-First CreateDatabase() functionality via EF Core 2.2 is fixed:
