LLBLGen vs. DevArt ED vs. Sparx EA

Post by CodeSlinger » Mon 04 May 2015 19:06

Has anyone done a feature comparison for these products esp. in relation to maintaining a SQL Server database used via EF6?

Thanks, Dave

There is a feature comparison for Entity Developer and Entity Data Model Designer (they both work with the same ORM framework, Entity Framework).

Thanks. I saw that and ED sounds a LOT better than the EDM designer. My main concern though is in regards to using the Entity Designer with Code First since that is M$FT's stated direction for EF. I see that you can generate Code First as well as edml output so would love to get an overview on how to use ED in conjunction with Code First. Please see my other posted question in regards to a couple features. Dave
