There is no message of "not to enter last char of capcha" in Russian-mode registration form of this forum.

When you register on http://forums.devart.com/ there is the following text at the bottom of the page: "Enter the code without the last symbol. All letters are case insensitive.". Since you registered successfully, you have seen it.

When you register on http://forums.devart.com/ru/ there is the following text at the bottom of the page: "Введите код без последнего символа. Регистр символов не имеет значения.". We cannot reproduce the issue, and the registration on http://forums.devart.com/ru/ is performed successfully. Registration on http://forums.devart.com/ru/ is the same as on http://forums.devart.com/

Please try registering on http://forums.devart.com/ru/ again and if this doesn't work, please tell us your browser version.
