Template documentation and tutorials

I'm starting to switch over to Entity Framework support from LinqConnect, but I'd like to know if there is any documentation for the various templates one could use? I managed to get the 'Unit of Work' with Repository pattern to work following the advice from this thread:

Can you guys provide some tutorials on how to use the various templates and how they compare?
