We are glad to announce the new features that are available in the Entity Framework support in the latest version:
- Entity Framework 4.3 (Code First Migrations) is supported (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite)
- The conversion of .StartsWith, .Contains, .EndsWith to LIKE clause in the generated SQL for the case of expression-based condition is supported (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite)
- The Code-First Migrations behaviour is changed: if the nullable value of the property in migration is not set explicitly, the corresponding column will be created nullable (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite)
- The validation of identifier name length in Code-First Migrations is implemented (Oracle)
- The Edm.Reverse canonical function is supported for PostgreSQL servers of 9.1 and higher versions
