- Improved Skip/Take performance (Oracle)
- Improved performance by removing the unnecessary CAST statements (Oracle)
- Improved Insert/Update/Delete performance by using unnamed parameters (SQLite)
- Fixed bug with missing Order By clause in subqueries (MySQL)
