The source property of inherited class is reset to source property of base cless when project is reopened. This generate a warning when validating:

The Table element ... has been used already. Mapping multiple classes to the same table may lead to runtime errors.

Entity Developer for dotConnect, version 2.20.30

Thank you for your help, we have found this problem too.
