New features in the Entity Framework support!

We are glad to announce the new features that are available in the Entity Framework support in the latest build:

• Improved Skip/Take performance (Oracle)
• Improved performance by removing the unnecessary CAST statements (Oracle)
• Improved Insert/Update/Delete performance by using unnamed parameters (SQLite)
• Fixed bug with missing Order By clause in subqueries (MySQL)
