Trouble with documentation

I downloaded the pgsqlnet.chm file from your download area. However, whenever I try to view anything, all I get in the Microsoft HTML Help control is "The page cannot be displayed." and that is what I get for anything and everything that I select.

I absolutely hate it when there was a previous post and I obviously didnt search hard enough to find it before posting. Sorry for the hassle, but thank you for the direction.
