OutOfMemoryException in dotConnect for PostgreSQL Professional 7.16.1514

Hello,

We use PostgreSQL 12.1 and dotConnect for PostgreSQL Professional 7.16.1514.

Our program sometime report following exception and we have to restart when it happen:
