Error when Publish Project to IIS

When i run project in localhost that ok. But when i publish project to IIS it failed. So why? Help me.
1. Confirm that you added the provider DbProviderFactories entry to your *.config like described at https://www.devart.com/dotconnect/postg ... yment.html.
2. Specify the full stack trace of the exception.
