Is there prediction when the PostgreSQL dotconnect will support Entity Framework Core 2.0?
Final version 2.0 has been released at

There is no any timeframe at the moment. We will notify you when the feature is implemented.

Entity Framework Core 2.0 is supported:

Be aware that starting from Entity Framework Core 2.0 the Scaffold-DbContext functionality (Devart.Data.PostgreSql.EFCore.Design.dll) is included in the Devart.Data.PostgreSql.EFCore package.
