Problem if using the PG_SQL_Dump

If I use the PGSQL Dump to save my data in a File- everything works fine. But I get only one line with data. The drop and create command is following only with one line:
Insert into …………..
What have I to do, to get my completely Table?
I use the version 2.4 with VStudio 2003
