We have purchased your product dotConnect for PostgreSQL as an
Professional edition in Site license and our subscription already expires.
However, in these days we have decreased the size of our team and we
have only 2 programmers that uses your product.

I would like to ask, if there is a possibility to renew subscription for
only a Team license even if we bought a Site license before.

If yes, how should we proceed?

I have sent them an email on Wednesday and also one today, but i get no response.
