problem with Devart.Data.PostgreSql.Web

I am developing a Web site using Visual Studio. Net 2010 Express Edition, and a manager of database PostgreSQL. Install the latest version of its Express 5.30 dotConnect for PostgreSQL. When it comes to using the functionality of the membership provider, role provider or professional profile Devart.Data.PostgreSql.Web not find the assembly, which provides the functionality described above. The website # http://www.devart.com/dotconnect/postgr ... iders.html installation of explaining a procedure for working with the membership provider Devart.Data.PostgreSql.Web assembly function, not is present in the installation of PostgreSQL 5.30 dotConnect express. I ask your help to solve this problem and therefore lead to authentication of users of the website I'm developing.

The ASP.NET providers support (Devart.Data.PostgreSql.Web.dll) is available only in Professional Edition of dotConnect for PostgreSQL: http://www.devart.com/dotconnect/postgr ... tions.html.

Good day Shalex, you could verify the information displayed on this website http://www.softpedia.com/progChangelog/ ... 60457.html. From what I understand it can work in the express version with membership provider but the installer will not provide the required assembly. that way I can I can work with secure authentication of users of my website?

I think I found something about the functionality of the versions. I as you indicated in a previous post, the express version does not support the functionality of "ASP.NET providers support" http://www.devart.com/dotconnect/postgr ... tions.html. That way I can work with the express version? know any tool to help me with the task of secure authentication of the website I'm developing?

The changelog on the mentioned page is for Professional Edition (not for Express Edition). We will contact the administration of www.softpedia.com to correct this information. Thank you for your report.
