problem with Devart.Data.PostgreSql.Web

I am developing a Web site using Visual Studio. Net 2010 Express Edition, and a manager of database PostgreSQL. Install the latest version of its Express 5.30 dotConnect for PostgreSQL. When it comes to using the functionality of the membership provider, role provider or professional profile Devart.Data.PostgreSql.Web not find the assembly, which provides the functionality described above. The ASP.NET providers support (Devart.Data.PostgreSql.Web.dll) is available only in Professional Edition of dotConnect for PostgreSQL:

I think I found something about the functionality of the versions. I as you indicated in a previous post, the express version does not support the functionality of "ASP.NET providers support"
