The finance department renewed our license on the 8/19 but the username & password that we have to log into the site with still shows the old version to download, 4.65.79.

Finance sent an email in to support yesterday with a copy of the ShareIt Invoice but have not heard anything back.

It would have come in from tbuechle, but the domain name is not the same as mine but instead of our parent division. (I just did not want to post the full email address here.)

I was able to download the latest version, and I saw the download link for the db monitor but when following it there was nothing to download.

This is a known problem with the download link for dbMonitor in Registered Users' Area. We will fix this issue as soon as possible. Please download this tool from the common download area (it is available here because dbMonitor is a free tool).
