dotConnect Universal is not installed or installed not corre

This is my first attempt to use the dotConnect for postgres, and its telling me its not installed corectly, there were no errors, my machine iv running Windows 7, Visual Studio 2008 SP1

Any help would be appreciated

Could you please specify if you are using dotConnect for PostgreSQL (mentioned in the post text) or dotConnect Universal (mentioned in the title)?

Also, is it of the latest version (4.95.152 for dotConnect for PostgreSQL and 3.20.20 for dotConnect Universal) or some prior build, is it a trial or licensed version and (in the latter case) what edition do you use?

As I can understand, you are receiving the error specified in some simple design-time scenario, like creating a connection in Server Explorer, am I correct?
